Late/Cancellation Policies: You are considered late if you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment has started. If you have not communicated you are running a few minutes behind you are subject to a $20 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your deposit is non-refundable and after 15 minutes your appointment is canceled. If you need to reschedule the deposit is non transferable if you cannot be rescheduled within 36 hours of your original deposit. You will then need to pay a new deposit meaning you have forfeited the previous deposit. If you cancel within 48 your deposit is non-refundable and you may be subject to additional fees. If you NO CALL NO SHOW you will be charged full price for your service and banned from future bookings. Health Policies: You are not required to wear a face mask throughout your appointment time. If you would prefer to wear a facemask please feel free to let me know. All surfaces, products and tools have all been cleaned and properly disinfected. If you are feeling sick, coughing, sneezing, have a fever or any other cold/flu like symptoms PLEASE reschedule. (Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment) Thank you for understanding and see you soon!
